Kitchen Remodeling

A kitchen remodel can be a weekend of new hardware and a backsplash or a full tear-out with a new layout. Most are somewhere in between. The first thing we do is figure out which one you actually want, because the price and the disruption are very different.

Scopes we do

• Refresh: backsplash, counters, sink and faucet, lighting, paint, hardware. The cabinets stay.
• Cabinet replacement: new cabinets in the existing layout, with the plumbing and electrical adjusted to fit.
• Layout change: walls opened, an island added, plumbing and electrical relocated, new floor through the space.

What is included

Demolition and disposal, framing changes, electrical and plumbing rough-in, drywall, cabinet installation, counter templating and coordination, tile, flooring, trim and paint. We write all of it into one estimate so there is one number and one crew.

Living through it

A full kitchen is weeks without a kitchen. We schedule the stages so the time without a working sink and stove is as short as the job allows, set up a temporary spot for the fridge and microwave, and tell you up front which days will be loud.
