Add the island, move the sink or replace tired counters in your Itasca kitchen, with one crew doing the work and one estimate covering it.
Kitchen remodeling covers a wide range, so we sort it into three scopes. A refresh replaces surfaces and fixtures and leaves the cabinets. A cabinet replacement keeps the layout, with plumbing and electrical adjusted for the new boxes. A layout change can open a wall after we check whether it is bearing and what runs inside it, add an island, relocate plumbing and electrical, and lay a new floor.
Itasca is on our regular route, off I-290 and Route 53, with Irving Park Road and Thorndale Avenue crossing the village and a Metra station in town. It is a DuPage County village close to Roselle, Wood Dale and Addison. If your plan adds an island, it needs power, and code calls for receptacles on it. Where the kitchen sits over a basement, we run that circuit up through the floor from below, and over a slab it means cutting a channel in the concrete, which we price up front.

We frame and anchor the island, run power to it and finish the sides to match the cabinets.
Island receptacles and any new appliance circuits are run from the panel and inspected where the village requires it.
Non-bearing walls come out and get patched, bearing walls get a sized beam, and whatever ran through the wall gets rerouted.
A sink that moves to the island or another wall gets new drain, vent and supply lines.
We source cabinets or install the ones you bought, and the install is on the same estimate.
A new layout leaves gaps in the old floor, so the new floor runs wall to wall under the island and up to the cabinets.
The estimate starts with a measure and a look at what is under and inside the walls you want to change. You get the scope in writing, trade by trade. If a wall or floor turns up something unexpected, we show you and price it in writing, and nothing proceeds until you approve. Before demo, we set up the fridge and microwave in another room and give you the list of loud days and water-off days. The job ends with a walkthrough of every door, drawer and outlet.
