Every house has a list. The door that drags, the drywall the movers dented, the trim the dog chewed, the sump pump that started cycling every thirty seconds, the deck board that gave a little last week. None of them are a remodel, and most contractors do not want them. We do.

What we fix

• Drywall and plaster holes, cracks, water stains and nail pops, patched and painted to match
• Interior doors that do not close, latch or lock, and exterior doors that leak air
• Rotted or damaged trim, siding, soffit and fascia
• Sump pumps, battery backups, ejector pumps and the discharge lines that go with them
• Caulk, grout and sealant around tubs, showers, windows and exteriors
• Deck boards, stair treads and railings that have loosened or rotted
• Ceiling fans, light fixtures, outlets and switches
• Faucets, toilets, shutoff valves and the leak under the sink

How a repair visit works

Send us the list, with photos if you have them. For a short list we can usually price it from the photos and book a day. For a longer list we come out, look at everything, and leave a written estimate that prices each item so you can decide what to do now and what can wait.

On the day, we bring what the list calls for, protect the floors, work through it, and walk it with you before we leave. If we find something that was not on the list, we tell you and price it before we touch it.
