The contractor behind the ONIT name

ONIT Solutions Inc is a contractor based in the southwest suburbs of Chicago. We do the work houses need between the day they are built and the day they are sold: repairs, painting, drywall and framing, kitchens and baths, basements, flooring, decks, and the rebuilds that follow an insurance claim.

How we run a job

Everything starts with a written estimate. It lists what we are going to do and what it costs. If you add something during the job, or we open a wall and find something nobody could have seen, that work is priced in writing and approved by you before it happens. That is how every job runs, from a patch to a full remodel, and it is why nobody is surprised at the end.

One crew handles the whole project. Framing, drywall, trim, paint and the plumbing and electrical a remodel touches are coordinated by us, not by you. You deal with one person who is accountable for the finished result.

We carry liability insurance, pull permits where the town requires them, and show up on the days we said we would.

The ONIT family

ONIT Solutions is also the company behind four specialty brands, each with its own crew and its own site:

• ONIT Junk Removal: Junk removal, dump trailer rentals and demolition clean-outs.
• ONIT Restoration: Basement design and finishing from bare concrete to a finished lower level.
• ONIT EV Charging: Level 2 EV charger installation and panel work for home charging.
• MK Concrete Coatings: Polyaspartic flake garage, basement and commercial floor coatings.

If you are not sure which one you need, call the number at the top of this page. It is the same office.
