Luxury vinyl plank, laminate and engineered wood, with the subfloor prep that keeps it flat and quiet.

Flooring is one of the few finishes you touch every day, and the difference between a good install and a bad one is felt underfoot long before it is seen. Flat, quiet, tight at the walls, and with transitions that do not catch a sock.
Every flooring product has a flatness spec, and most subfloors do not meet it out of the box. We check, then level, patch or sand before the first plank goes down. On a concrete basement floor we also test for moisture, because a floating floor over a damp slab fails from below.
Base, shoe and transitions are part of the job, not an afterthought. We remove and reinstall or replace base so the floor reads as finished at the edges.
Tell us what needs doing. We will set up a time to come look at it, and you will have a written scope and price before anyone picks up a tool.
