New floors in your Lombard laundry room, kitchen or main level, with the washer, dryer and other appliances moved, protected and hooked back up.
Luxury vinyl plank and tile are what most homeowners ask us for, and we also install laminate, engineered hardwood and ceramic or porcelain tile. Our crew starts with the subfloor, checking it against the flatness the product requires and leveling, patching or sanding until it meets it. In laundry rooms and kitchens we pull the appliances, install the floor where they sit, and reconnect the water, drain and dryer vent lines we took off. The price covers base, shoe and transitions, and it is written down before we start.
Lombard is on our regular route, off I-355 and along Roosevelt Road and St. Charles Road, with Main Street, the Metra station and Lilacia Park near the middle of the village. It is in DuPage County between Glen Ellyn and Villa Park. A laundry room floor has a harder job than most: if a washer hose lets go, a floating floor can take on water at the seams, so in a laundry room we lean toward tile or a fully waterproof plank and seal the perimeter where the product allows it. If the laundry is in the basement, the slab gets a moisture test before anything floats over it.

Tile or waterproof plank installed under the washer and dryer, with the hookups reconnected and checked for leaks.
Refrigerator, range and dishwasher moved out and back, with clearances measured before the new floor goes in.
Concrete gets a moisture test before a floating floor goes down on it.
Flatness checked with a straightedge, low spots patched and high spots sanded to spec.
For living areas and bedrooms, installed with the underlayment and gaps each product calls for.
Base and shoe at every wall and transitions at each doorway and change in floor type.
We set up a free on-site estimate, measure the rooms, check the subfloor and test any basement slab. The written scope lists every room with its product and prep, plus the appliances we will move. You sign off before we order, and if we find water damage under the old floor, the repair is priced in writing and waits for your approval. The install happens on the days we booked, and we check the hookups with you before we leave.
