Your Lombard garage floor comes with a 10-year written workmanship warranty, because we never skip the moisture barrier that one-day installers leave out.
We put polyaspartic flake floors into garages, basements and shops, and our MK Concrete Coatings crew, part of ONIT Solutions, does the installing. Every slab is diamond ground, and cracks and pits are repaired before coating. The base is a moisture vapor barrier epoxy, and the crew throws flake into it while it is wet until it will not hold another chip. Then they scrape it and top it with polyaspartic, which handles hot tires, road salt and UV.

We measure at a free on-site estimate and bring cured flake samples for you to hold against the floor. Your written estimate is figured at $8.50 per square foot, with a $2,000 minimum. If the grind shows damage that was hidden, we put the added cost in writing and wait for you to approve it. The work happens on the days we booked, and the walkthrough at the end covers the floor, the cure times and the warranty.
