Run the dishwasher, microwave and toaster at the same time without tripping a breaker in your new Lombard kitchen, with the circuits planned before the walls close.
A new kitchen usually asks more of the electrical than the old one did. When we plan a remodel, we look at which appliances need their own circuit, where counter outlets need to go and whether the panel has room for what you are adding. That work happens during rough-in, after demo and framing and before the drywall goes back up. From there it is cabinets, counter templating, tile, flooring, trim and paint, on the same estimate and with the same crew.
Lombard is off I-355 for us, and we work along Roosevelt Road and St. Charles Road and through downtown on Main Street near the Metra station and Lilacia Park. It is a DuPage County village between Glen Ellyn and Villa Park. If your Lombard kitchen has never had its wiring updated, one breaker may be feeding the counter outlets, the microwave and the fridge at once. We trace each circuit on the estimate visit so the new layout gets what it needs and the panel question is answered before cabinets are ordered.

We trace which breakers feed the kitchen and note what the new layout will need.
Dishwasher, disposal, microwave and range get their own circuits where the plan calls for them.
Outlets are spaced along the counters, GFCI protected and placed so the backsplash tile can wrap them cleanly.
Recessed, pendant and under-cabinet lighting are laid out with switches at the doorways you use.
Where Lombard requires it, the electrical and plumbing rough-in is inspected before the drywall closes.
Cabinets, counters, backsplash, flooring and paint go in once the rough-in passes.
We measure the room, check the electrical and plumbing, and send a written estimate with each phase and each new circuit listed. You approve it before we order materials. If the panel or an old splice behind a wall needs work we could not see, we price it in writing and wait for your approval. The schedule marks the inspection dates, the loud days and the no-sink days, and we walk the kitchen with you once the last cover plate is on.
