Faucets that stop dripping, toilets that stop running and shutoffs that actually turn. We work throughout Montgomery.
A dripping faucet or a toilet that runs all night wastes water every day it is left alone. We repair or replace faucets, rebuild or replace toilets, and swap old multi-turn shutoffs under sinks and toilets for quarter-turn valves that close when you need them to. Plumbing fixtures are usually only part of the list, so we handle the drywall holes, doors and trim on the same visit. Every item gets a written price before we start.
We work in Montgomery every week, coming in on Route 30, Route 31 and Orchard Road, with the Fox River running through the village. Montgomery sits in Kane and Kendall counties, with homes near the river and neighborhoods spread out along Orchard Road. A shutoff that has not been turned in years often will not close, or it starts leaking at the stem once it does, so we check the valves before any fixture work starts. If the main shutoff for the house is stuck, we tell you, because that is the valve you want working in an emergency.

Dripping or loose kitchen and bath faucets are rebuilt or replaced, with new supply lines.
Running, rocking or leaking toilets get new internal parts, a new wax ring or a full replacement.
Old stuck valves are replaced with quarter-turn shutoffs that close on the first try.
Failed pumps are replaced, and a battery backup can be added to the sump pit.
Holes, including ones cut for plumbing access, are patched and primed.
Doors are adjusted to latch, rotted trim is replaced, and tub and sink caulk is redone.
Text us a photo of the fixture and the valve under it, and we can often price it from that. For more than a few items, we come out for a free look and write each repair on its own line. You approve the estimate before anything is shut off or taken apart. If a valve breaks or the floor under a toilet is soft, we show you, price the fix in writing and go on only with your approval. We run every fixture with you and check for leaks before we leave.
Send a photo of the drip or the stuck valve to (815) 585-1750, and a written price comes back to you.
