Stop the rot in the fascia and soffit before it spreads, and fix the inside list on the same trip. Lisle is on our regular route.
We handle the repairs a house adds up over the years, the ones too varied for a single trade. One estimate can include soffit and fascia, a basement sump pump, a cracked grout line and a bedroom door that will not latch. If your list is short, photos are often enough for a price. If it is long, we visit, write each repair up with its own price, and give it to you in writing.
We reach Lisle on I-88 and Route 53 and work off Ogden Avenue and Maple Avenue, close to the Morton Arboretum. Lisle has plenty of mature trees, and trees mean leaves and seeds in the gutters. When gutters back up, water spills over the edge and soaks the fascia and soffit behind them, and that wood rots from the back side where you cannot see it. We probe the boards, replace what has gone soft, and seal the new material before it goes up.

Rotted fascia boards and soffit panels get cut out and replaced, then primed, painted or wrapped.
Window casings, brick molding and siding that have gone soft get replaced and caulked tight.
We replace failing pumps, add check valves and set battery backups.
Cracked or missing grout gets ground out and replaced so water stops getting behind the tile.
We fix latches, reset strikes, adjust hinges and plane doors that rub.
Split, soft or cupped boards get swapped out, and loose boards get fastened down again.
The first step is a price, either from photos you text or from a free visit to the house. You get it in writing with each item listed, and when we pull rotted wood and find damage underneath, we price that separately and wait for your yes. We put the work on the calendar, protect the floors inside, and do a final walkthrough with you.
