A basement finish is a sequence, and we do not skip steps. We check the walls and slab for moisture, test the sump, and handle any drainage work before a single wall is framed. Framing sits on treated bottom plates with the clearances the furnace, water heater and panel need, and insulation, electrical and plumbing rough-in follow. Drywall, ceilings, flooring, doors, trim and paint go in after the inspections, and we pull the permits.

We pull the permit through the village, book the crew around the inspection dates, and keep the dust inside the basement. At the end we walk the space with you and settle every item you raise.
