Get the sink where you actually want it, even out in an island, with the drain and vent done to pass inspection. La Grange is on our regular route.
Our kitchen remodels follow one of three scopes. You can refresh the room and keep the cabinets, replace the cabinets in the layout you have, or change the layout by opening walls, adding an island and moving the plumbing and electrical. We put the whole job on one estimate, demo through paint, and one crew does the work. You can supply the cabinets or we source them, and we schedule the counter fabricator for you.
We reach La Grange on I-294 and Ogden Avenue and work along La Grange Road and 47th Street, from downtown and the Metra station out to the blocks around them, in Cook County. Moving the sink is often the change that makes a kitchen layout work, and whether it can move comes down to what sits below the floor. With a basement under the kitchen, we can run the new drain along the joists at the right slope. An island sink also needs a vent, and we vent it the way the plumbing code allows so it passes inspection.

We move the sink to a new wall or an island, with new supply lines, drain and shutoffs.
New drains run at proper slope through the basement or crawlspace and get vented to code.
Power, drain and vent for an island go in before the floor, with outlets where the code calls for them.
If a wall stands between the kitchen and dining room, we check what it carries and what is inside before it comes out.
Cabinets get installed level, then we bring in the fabricator to template and set the tops.
New flooring, backsplash tile, trim and paint finish the reworked room.
We look at the kitchen and the space beneath it at a free estimate, then hand you a written scope. If the old drain turns out to be in worse shape than anyone could tell, the replacement comes to you as a written change with a price, and we wait for your approval. The schedule names the loud days and the stretch without a sink before work starts, and the fridge and microwave get a temporary spot. After the plumbing inspection passes and the finishes are in, we walk the kitchen with you.
Call or text (815) 585-1750 and tell us where the sink should end up. We will check what is under the floor and put the plan in writing.
