Open your Willow Springs kitchen to the rest of the house, with every wall checked for load and every pipe and wire inside it rerouted before it comes down.
Taking out a wall is the change most people picture when they think of a new kitchen, and it is the one we plan most carefully. We check whether the wall carries a floor or roof load and what is running through it, then price either a beam and posts or a straight removal. Plumbing and electrical that lived in that wall get relocated, the floor is patched or replaced, and the drywall is finished so the opening looks like it was always there. Cabinets, counters, tile, trim and paint follow on the same estimate.
We reach Willow Springs on I-294, Archer Avenue and Willow Springs Road. It is a Cook County village on the Des Plaines River, with forest preserves along the river and Burr Ridge, Lemont and Palos Park nearby. If your house sits on a wooded or sloped lot, we plan where cabinet deliveries are staged and where demo debris is loaded so the yard is not torn up. Inside, the method holds no matter the house: find the load path, reroute what is in the wall, and build back flat and square.

We trace what the wall supports from above before removal and frame a beam and posts when it carries load.
Outlets, switches, ducts and vent pipes in a removed wall are moved into the remaining walls or the ceiling.
New framing is wrapped in drywall, taped and finished so the ceiling and walls read as one surface.
We set cabinets to the new plan and make sure every appliance has the right power, water and clearance.
Cabinet deliveries and demo loading are planned so the lawn and landscaping take as little wear as possible.
Where the wall stood, the floor is patched or new flooring runs through both rooms.
First comes a site visit, where we measure both rooms and look at the wall from the basement and the attic. From that we write an estimate with framing, rough-in, finish work and disposal on separate lines, and the crew is booked only after you approve it. Opening a wall can show things nobody could see from the outside, and when it does, the change is priced on paper and waits for your go-ahead. Loud days and no-sink days are marked on the calendar, and on the last day we walk the open space together.
