Remodel your Warrenville kitchen with demo, rough-in, cabinets, tile and paint run by one crew, and the days without a working sink kept as few as the job allows.
Most kitchen projects stall because five trades have to line up in the right order. We run them as one crew: demo and disposal, framing, plumbing and electrical rough-in, drywall, cabinets, tile, flooring, trim and paint. You can bring your own cabinets or have us source them. The estimate spells out which scope you are buying, whether that is a refresh with the cabinets staying, a cabinet replacement in the same footprint, or a new layout.
We cover Warrenville every week, coming in on I-88, Route 59, Butterfield Road and Winfield Road. It is a DuPage County city on the West Branch of the DuPage River, close to Naperville, Wheaton and Lisle. Where a kitchen sits over a crawlspace rather than a basement, moving the sink means working in that crawlspace to reroute the drain, and we look down there before we price it. Old leaks under a sink also show up as soft subfloor once the cabinets come out, so we check the floor before new flooring goes down.

Old cabinets, counters and appliances come out and go with us, with the hallway and nearby rooms covered first.
With the cabinets out, we check the subfloor at the sink and dishwasher, cut out soft sections and lay new sheathing before the floor goes in.
If the sink or dishwasher moves, we reroute the drain and supply lines from the basement or crawlspace and check them for leaks before the walls close.
Bought your own cabinets? We inventory the boxes when they arrive, flag anything damaged and install them as if we had ordered them.
The new floor is laid to suit the cabinet plan, with base, shoe and transitions to the rooms next door included.
Window and door casing, base trim and a fresh coat on the walls and ceiling finish the room.
The first visit is a measure and a conversation about how you use the kitchen. A written estimate follows, with the scope broken down by trade and the order the work happens in. Anything we find once the old cabinets are out gets priced in writing and approved by you before we touch it. We tell you up front which days will be loud and which days the water will be off, and we walk the room with you at the end.
