Open your Hoffman Estates kitchen to the family room the right way, with the wall checked, the beam sized and the finish work done by the same crew.
We handle kitchens from a few days of refresh work to a full layout change. Keeping the cabinets and replacing counters, backsplash, sink, faucet, lights, hardware and paint is the refresh. Putting new cabinets in the same layout, with the plumbing and electrical adjusted, usually takes two to three weeks plus counter lead time. Changing the layout brings in framing, rough-in, drywall and a new floor, and one estimate covers it all.

With the wall gone, the floor runs from the kitchen into the next room with no break, so we plan the flooring across both.
The measure includes a look at the framing above and below the wall you want to change. You get a written estimate that lists the structural work, the trades and the order they happen in. If opening the wall reveals something the plan did not account for, we stop, show you and price it in writing before we go on. We name the loud days, set up the fridge and microwave in another room, and finish with a walkthrough.
