Call or text (815) 585-1750 at any hour when a leak hits your Darien kitchen, bathroom or basement. You get the house dried, documented and rebuilt by one company.
A water loss is two jobs that have to happen in order. First the house gets dry: water extracted, wet materials removed, equipment set and checked every day. Then it gets rebuilt with drywall, insulation, cabinets, flooring, trim and paint. We do both, and the daily rates for the drying equipment are in writing before any of it is switched on.
We cover Darien in DuPage County and get there on I-55 and Route 83, working the neighborhoods off 75th Street and Cass Avenue. A dishwasher or sink leak is one of the harder ones to spot, because the water runs under the cabinet bases and spreads beneath the toe kicks. If your kitchen has that kind of leak, we remove the toe kicks and open the cabinet bottoms where needed so air reaches the floor underneath. When a cabinet base has swelled past saving, we replace it as part of the rebuild.

Toe kicks come off and cabinet bases are opened where needed so drying air reaches the floor beneath them.
Extraction equipment removes water from floors and carpet first, which shortens every step that follows.
Wet baseboard comes off so the bottom of the wall can dry, and pieces in good shape are set aside.
Before anything is closed up, surfaces the water reached get an antimicrobial treatment.
We check each machine and record moisture readings every day, then pull the equipment as soon as those readings show dry.
Swollen cabinet bases, flooring and drywall are replaced, and we coordinate the counters when a cabinet has to come out.
We document the damage with photos and readings on the first visit and show you, in writing, what equipment we plan to set and what it costs per day. Once you agree, the drying starts and the rebuild estimate gets written line by line in the pricing format carriers use. Anything hidden that turns up, like a soft subfloor under the sink, is priced in writing for your approval before we fix it. After the scope is approved we book the rebuild, and the last step is a walkthrough with you.
Reach us by call or text at (815) 585-1750, around the clock. A photo of the leak and the cabinets helps us plan the drying.
