Call or text (815) 585-1750 around the clock when water reaches the floors or the lower level of your Burr Ridge home. We dry what can be saved, replace what cannot and finish it to match.
Drying a house is room-by-room work: extract, remove what will not dry, set equipment sized to the space and read the moisture every day. We choose between LGR, conventional and desiccant dehumidifiers based on the conditions, and add wall-cavity drying where water is inside the walls. Equipment is pulled as soon as readings show dry, which keeps the daily rates from running longer than they need to. After that, ONIT Solutions rebuilds the drywall, flooring, trim and cabinets.
We cover Burr Ridge on both sides of the DuPage and Cook county line, reaching it on I-55 and Route 83 and working along County Line Road. Large lots are part of the character here. If your house has hardwood, the readings decide what happens to it. Boards that cupped slightly can sometimes be dried in place and recover, while boards that buckled or lifted have to come out. We read the wood and the subfloor before deciding, so you are not paying to replace flooring that could have been saved.

When the readings say the wood can recover, we dry it in place with equipment aimed at the floor and the subfloor.
Buckled or lifted boards come out so the subfloor underneath can dry, and the floor is rebuilt to match as closely as the product allows.
Standing water is pulled from floors, carpet and the lower level before drying starts.
For dense materials like hardwood, we often use desiccant units, which keep pulling moisture in conditions where other types slow down.
When wet materials are removed, negative air machines and HEPA scrubbers keep the dust in the work area.
Flooring, drywall, trim, cabinets and paint are replaced once the structure reads dry.
Day one is documentation: photos, readings across the affected rooms and a written equipment plan with daily rates for you to approve. During drying we write the rebuild estimate, itemized so each line can be compared with the adjuster's scope. If a floor or wall reveals more damage once it is opened, we price that in writing and wait for your yes. Once the scope is approved we book the rebuild, and the final step is a walkthrough of each room.
Our line, (815) 585-1750, takes calls and texts around the clock. We read the floors with a meter before anything comes up.
