Call or text (815) 585-1750 at any hour when a pipe bursts in your Willow Springs house. We stop the spread, dry the walls and floors, and put the rooms back together.
When a pipe splits, the water that runs before anyone finds the shutoff can reach floors, walls and the level below. Our job is to get that water out, dry the structure, and rebuild what was damaged. We extract first, then open the walls where the water ran and set up wall-cavity drying so the framing dries along with the drywall. Daily moisture readings tell us when each area is done.
Willow Springs is on our regular route, reached off I-294 and along Archer Avenue and Willow Springs Road in Cook County, with the Des Plaines River and its forest preserves running along the town. If a supply line in your house runs through an exterior wall or an unheated space, a hard freeze can split it, and the leak often starts when the pipe thaws. Those walls need to be opened so the cavity and insulation can be dried or replaced, because drying the face of the drywall leaves the inside wet. We note where the line runs so it gets insulated properly when we close the wall.

Water is pulled from the floor where the pipe burst and from the level below if it traveled.
Drywall is cut where the line runs so air can reach the studs and the back of the sheathing.
Heat is added alongside the dehumidifiers when cold, wet framing needs help giving up its moisture.
Soaked insulation comes out and new insulation goes in before the wall is closed.
Air scrubbers run during demolition to keep dust out of the rest of the house.
Drywall, trim, flooring and paint finished to match the rooms around them.
We answer 24/7 and dispatch as fast as we can. Before the first air mover goes down, the daily equipment rates are written out for you. We visit every day to check the machines and record readings, and the equipment leaves as soon as the readings show dry. Then you get an itemized rebuild estimate, and anything we find inside the walls that was not on it gets priced in writing for your approval.
Shut the main, then call or text us. Send a photo of the pipe and the wet area if you can.
