Everything starts with a free estimate at the house, where we measure the cabinets, floor and walls and photograph the damage. The estimate itself is itemized in the pricing format insurance carriers use, and you get a copy along with the photos. Should the carrier's scope miss something, like uppers that no longer match, we explain it and send a supplement. Any change is priced in writing and approved before we do it, and a walkthrough closes out the job.
