Call or text (815) 585-1750 day or night, and we come set up to dry your Woodridge home and rebuild it. If the water came from next door, we record where it entered and where it spread.
Restoring a house after a leak takes more than a fan in the doorway. We extract the water, take out wet carpet, pad and drywall that will not dry in place, and set dehumidifiers and air movers sized to the space. HEPA air scrubbers run while we are cutting out wet material. Readings are taken daily, and the rebuild starts when they say the structure is dry.
Woodridge is on our regular route, off I-355 and I-55, with 75th Street and Route 53 carrying us through town. If you live in a townhome, water from the unit next door can come through a shared wall or ceiling, and two households and an association may each have a policy involved. We photograph and record readings that show where the water entered and where it spread, so each party is looking at the same facts. Then we dry your side and rebuild it.

Photos and readings show where the water came in and where it spread, which helps when more than one policy is involved.
Wet drywall is cut out along a straight line above the waterline so the wall can dry from inside.
We choose the type of dehumidifier for the space and the conditions, and pair it with air movers.
HEPA air scrubbers clean the air while wet materials are being removed.
Each machine is checked daily and readings are logged until the material reads dry.
Insulation, drywall, flooring, trim and paint go back in to match the rest of the unit.
We start with documentation and a written equipment plan that lists the daily rate for every machine, and you sign off before setup. During drying we write the rebuild estimate line by line, and you, your adjuster and your association can each have a copy. Any damage found after a wall is opened is priced in writing and approved by you first. Rebuild dates are booked once the scope is agreed, and we finish with a walkthrough.
