Get a new or rebuilt deck that passes the village inspection and fits your association's rules from the start. Woodridge is on our regular route.
We build decks from scratch, rebuild worn ones on the same footprint, and fix the stairs, railings and framing on decks that are still standing. Boards and rails come in treated lumber or composite, your choice, priced in writing either way. Every deck we build ties into the house with a ledger that is flashed and fastened with bolts, and an old ledger that was done wrong gets fixed before anything else. Our crew handles the whole job, so one person answers for it from estimate to walkthrough.
We reach Woodridge on I-355 and I-55 and work off 75th Street, Route 53 and Woodridge Drive. If your home is a townhome, the association usually has a say in the deck's size, color, railing style and sometimes the material, and the village wants its own permit on top of that. We work from the association's paperwork, so the plan we draw is one they can approve. If you are on a single-family lot, the limits come from the village, and we check setbacks and easements before we put anything on paper.

We draw the deck with the size, color and railing details the association asks for, so you have something clear to submit.
When the old deck has to go, we can rebuild it on the same footprint, which keeps the approval request straightforward.
The ledger is flashed so water stays out of the house wall and bolted into the framing, never just nailed.
We price both, and if your association limits the color or material, we show you the options that fit.
Stairs get even rises and solid stringers, and railings meet current code for height and baluster spacing.
Soft boards, cracked joists and loose railing posts get replaced so the deck you have stays safe.
We come out for a free visit, measure, and look at what you have now and what the association or village will expect. You get a written scope and price, and a drawing you can hand to the association if one is needed. Once you have their approval, we pull the village permit, schedule inspections and book the build days. Any change after that is priced in writing and approved by you before we do it, and we finish with a walkthrough of the deck.
