Your Lombard kitchen gets refinished cabinets and a clear plan for the days you are living around the work. We paint kitchen, bath and built-in cabinets without tearing them out.
Cabinet refinishing paints your existing cabinets, from the boxes and face frames to the doors and drawer fronts. We take the doors and fronts down, mark them and keep the hardware bagged by cabinet. After cleaning and degreasing, everything is scuff-sanded, filled and coated with a bonding primer. The topcoat is a cabinet-grade enamel, sprayed for a level finish on every surface.
Lombard is on our regular route, with I-355 and Roosevelt Road bringing us in and St. Charles Road or Main Street to the house. Because the kitchen is partly out of use for several days, we talk through the setup before we start: where the coffee maker and microwave go, and which days the boxes will be masked. Dry and cured are different things, so we tell you when doors can be touched, when they go back up and when they can take a hard scrub. Planning that ahead keeps those days workable for a family.

Before day one we agree on where your coffee maker, microwave and dishes live during the job.
Doors and drawer fronts are labeled to their openings and set aside to be sprayed and cured.
Hinges and pulls are bagged by cabinet so nothing gets mixed up at rehang.
Grease and grime are cleaned off, the old finish is scuffed dull, and dents and chips are filled.
A bonding primer goes under a sprayed cabinet-grade enamel, in the color and sheen you choose.
We tell you when the finish can be touched, when doors go back up and when it can be scrubbed.
Our free estimate covers the cabinets and the household: how you cook, who is home and which days work best. The written scope names each cabinet, the door and front count, the color and the sheen, and it lists the days the kitchen will be partly out of use. Anything extra is priced in writing and done only after you approve it. We book around the days we said and finish with a walkthrough, plus a plain rundown on care while the enamel finishes curing.
