Most people standing in water want to know two things: what happens next and what it will cost. What happens next is this: we extract the water, remove what cannot be dried, set drying equipment sized to the rooms, and check readings every day. Before any machine goes down, you get its daily rate in writing, and the estimate and invoice are both itemized. When the readings show dry, the equipment leaves and ONIT Solutions starts the rebuild.
We cover Lombard off I-355 and along Roosevelt Road, St. Charles Road and Main Street, near Lilacia Park and the Metra station, in DuPage County. If your laundry or water heater is in an unfinished basement, the water usually stays on concrete, and there is less to tear out. If the basement is finished, carpet, pad and the bottom of the drywall typically come out so the walls can dry from both sides. Either way, the equipment count is set by the readings, not by a standard package, and we adjust it as rooms dry.
