Any hour, call or text (815) 585-1750 and get help drying out your Lisle house after a pipe, appliance or ice dam leak. We finish the job by rebuilding what came out.
The goal on a water job is a structure that is actually dry inside, not just dry to the touch. We get there with extraction, removal of wet materials that will not dry in place, and dehumidifiers and air movers set for the room. Daily readings show the progress, and the equipment leaves when the numbers say dry. Then ONIT Solutions rebuilds the drywall, insulation, flooring and trim that had to go.
We cover Lisle in DuPage County, reaching it on I-88 and Route 53 and working along Ogden Avenue and Maple Avenue, out toward the Morton Arboretum. Winter brings its own kind of leak: an ice dam at the roof edge can push meltwater down the inside of an exterior wall. If that happens in your house, the stain on the ceiling or wall is only the part that shows, because the insulation inside the cavity is soaked. We open the wall, remove the wet insulation, dry the framing and close it back up with new insulation and drywall.

We open the affected wall or ceiling, remove wet insulation and dry the framing. Roof work is not part of our scope.
Water on floors and in carpet is extracted before drying begins.
Air movers and dehumidifiers are placed for the room, with drying heaters added when a cold space slows the process.
Soaked insulation does not dry well in the wall, so it comes out and new insulation goes in after the framing reads dry.
We check the equipment daily and keep a written log of moisture readings you can have.
New drywall is hung, taped, finished and painted, and trim is reinstalled or replaced.
We photograph the damage, take readings and give you a written equipment plan with daily rates before anything is set up. Once drying is underway, the rebuild estimate is itemized line by line so it can be checked against what the adjuster writes. If we open a wall and find rot or damaged framing, we stop, price it in writing and continue only with your approval. The rebuild is booked once you agree to the scope, and we walk through the finished work together.
Snap a photo of the stain and text it to (815) 585-1750, or call, any hour of the day or night.
