Drying it out

We extract the standing water, open up what has to come out, and set air movers and dehumidifiers sized to the space. The house gets checked every day with moisture readings. Daily equipment rates are shown in writing before anything is set up, and the equipment comes out as soon as the readings show dry.

How the claim side works

• We document the damage with photos and measurements
• We write the estimate line by line in the format carriers expect
• We meet the adjuster at the house if they want to walk it
• If the carrier's scope misses something, we explain why and send the supplement
• You get copies of the photos, the moisture readings and the estimate, not just the insurance company

Putting it back
