Know what happens in your New Lenox bathroom each week of the remodel, from demo to the last coat of paint. One crew runs every stage, so the job does not stall between trades.
A full bath remodel moves in a set order, and keeping that order is what keeps it on schedule. Demo comes first, then plumbing and electrical rough-in, then inspection, then the shower membrane, slope and water test, then tile. After tile, the vanity, top, toilet, faucets and lighting go in, followed by drywall finishing, trim and paint. Because our crew does all of those stages, nobody is waiting on another company to show up between steps.
We cover New Lenox from I-80 and Route 30, with Cedar Road and Laraway Road getting us across the village and past the Old Plank Road Trail. If your New Lenox house has two full baths, we can take one down while you use the other, and if it has only one, we plan the schedule so the toilet is out of service for as few days as we can manage. Where the primary bath is upstairs, we protect the stairs and hallway and carry debris out in covered containers so the dust stays in the bathroom. A full bath usually runs two to three weeks once materials are in, and we tell you what the room will look like at each point along the way.

Floors and stairs are covered, the room is sealed off, and the old fixtures, tile and drywall are hauled away.
The drain, supply and valve are set for the new layout, and the circuits, boxes and fan wiring are run.
The village inspector checks the rough work where a permit applies, before the walls are covered.
The shower is waterproofed, pitched to the drain and tested with standing water.
Floor and wall tile is set, then the vanity, top, toilet, faucets and lights are installed.
Seams are finished, trim is installed and painted, and the room is cleaned before the walkthrough.
The free estimate covers the layout, the materials and every stage above, all in writing. We order everything up front and set the start date once it arrives, so no stage waits on a shipment. You get the planned days for each stage, and if something behind the wall changes the plan, we price it in writing and you approve it before we adjust. The job wraps up with the two of us going through the room together, fixture by fixture.
