More storage and more usable rooms, framed and finished to look like they came with the house. New Lenox is on our route every week.
A new closet has to look like it was always there. We frame the closet walls, install a header for the door you choose, hang and finish the board, and leave it ready for paint and shelving. We also turn an open loft or bonus space into a real room with walls and a door, frame bulkheads, and repair walls and ceilings throughout the house. Every part of it is priced in one written estimate.
New Lenox is on our route every week, with I-80 and Route 30 bringing us in and Cedar Road and Laraway Road getting us across town. The Old Plank Road Trail runs through this part of Will County, and many homes here sit on larger lots. Turning a loft or bonus room into a bedroom takes more than walls: it needs a door, a closet if you want it to work as a bedroom, and the outlets and lighting the room calls for. When a new room needs electrical, we rough it in while the framing is open.

Framed with a header sized for the door, finished ready for paint and shelving.
Walls and a door added to turn open space into a room you can shut.
Outlets, switches and light boxes placed while the framing is open.
Ductwork and pipes boxed in with framing that keeps ceiling lines straight.
Board hung, taped and sanded to a surface ready for primer.
Nail pops, cracked seams and damaged ceilings patched and blended.
We walk the space with you and lay out the walls, door swing and closet depth before we write the estimate. The written scope lists framing, electrical, drywall and permit work, and you approve the price first. Any change after that, like moving the door or adding an outlet, gets priced in writing for your approval. We book the crew on set days, and the job ends with a walkthrough and a clean room.
