Drywall work that stays in the room it belongs to, with plastic at the doors, floors covered and a real clean-up at the end. We cover Frankfort for framing, drywall and repairs.
Sanding joint compound makes fine dust that travels through a house if nobody stops it. Before we start, we tape plastic over doorways, cover floors along the path we walk, and cover return vents in the work area. Where it fits, we sand with a vacuum sander that pulls dust in at the pad. Then we frame, hang, tape and finish the work, and clean the room before paint instead of leaving that for you.
We cover Frankfort from Route 30, Route 45 and LaGrange Road, with I-80 close by. The Old Plank Road Trail runs through town, and Frankfort sits in Will County next to Mokena and New Lenox. Drywall work in a finished, furnished house is a different job than in new construction, because one room is open while the rest of the house is being lived in. That is why our dust plan is written into the scope instead of left as an afterthought.

Work rooms sealed with plastic and a zipper door so dust stays put.
Floors covered in the work area and along the path we walk.
Sanding with dust extraction where the space allows it.
Patches feathered wide and sanded so they disappear under paint.
Ceiling patches matched to the existing texture after leaks or damage.
Partitions, closets and bulkheads framed, hung and finished ready for paint.
Your written estimate lists the work and how we will protect the rest of the house, room by room. You approve it before we start, and any change, from a hidden repair to an extra patch, gets a written price and your yes first. We tell you which days the crew will be there and which rooms will be closed off. At the end, we take down the plastic, clean the room and walk the finish with you.
Call or text (815) 585-1750 and tell us about the room. We will come look and put the work and the dust plan in writing.
