Our MK Concrete Coatings crew installs polyaspartic flake floors on garage, basement and shop slabs, and the process does not change with the size. Every floor is diamond ground, with cracks and pits repaired before coating. We roll on a moisture vapor barrier epoxy base, broadcast flake into it to full refusal, and scrape it once it cures. A polyaspartic top coat finishes it, built to resist hot tires, road salt and UV.

We measure every slab you want coated at a free on-site estimate and bring cured flake samples to choose from. The price is written per square foot at $8.50, with a $2,000 minimum, so a shop and a garage can be priced together or apart. If grinding shows damage we could not see, we show you and price it in writing before the work. We hold the days we set, then walk each floor with you at the end.
