Call or text us 24/7 at (815) 585-1750 when a pipe bursts, and your New Lenox home gets the water out, the structure dried and the damage rebuilt.
A burst pipe puts a lot of water into a house before it gets shut off, and it finds every low point on the way down. We start by extracting it, then remove the wet ceiling drywall, insulation and flooring that will not dry in place. Air movers and dehumidifiers run until each daily reading says the framing and floors are dry. After that, we rebuild the ceiling, walls and floors, insulation included.
We cover New Lenox every week in Will County, coming in on I-80, Route 30, Cedar Road and Laraway Road, with the Old Plank Road Trail cutting across town. If your New Lenox home has a bedroom or bonus room over the garage, the water lines in that ceiling sit next to the coldest space in the house, and a hard freeze can split one. The water lands on the garage ceiling first, then soaks the insulation and works into the room above. We dry both sides and replace the insulation, since that insulation is what keeps the room above warm.

We pull water from floors and carpet first, so it stops spreading to dry rooms.
The wet section of the garage ceiling is opened so we can reach the pipe area, the insulation and the floor framing above.
Soaked insulation in the ceiling or wall is removed and replaced once the framing is dry.
In cold weather we add heat so the dehumidifiers can pull moisture out of the structure.
Each visit we log the moisture in the framing and floor, so you can follow the drying.
New drywall, tape, finish and paint go up, and flooring that was removed goes back down.
Call or text and we answer at any time, then dispatch as fast as we can. We write down the daily rate for each piece of equipment before setting it, and we check every machine on each visit. When the drying is finished, you get a line-item rebuild estimate, and anything found inside the ceiling that was not in it gets priced in writing and approved by you first. We book the rebuild around the days we said and walk it with you at the end.
Tell us where the water is landing at (815) 585-1750, day or night, and we will help you get it shut off.
