Call or text (815) 585-1750 any hour after a storm. You get photos of the damage at your New Lenox home and an estimate written line by line for the claim, then the siding, gutters and ceilings repaired.
Our storm work covers siding, trim, soffit, fascia and gutters damaged by wind or hail, plus water the storm let inside. Inside water gets extracted and dried, with readings taken daily and equipment removed when the house reads dry. Ceilings and walls are rebuilt after that. If there is roof damage, a roofing contractor repairs the roof, and we repair everything else.
We cover New Lenox off I-80, Route 30, Cedar Road and Laraway Road, out to the Old Plank Road Trail. A storm claim is only as clear as the estimate behind it, so we write ours the way an adjuster reads one. Each side of the house is listed separately, each repair has its own line with a quantity, and each line ties to a photo. When the carrier's scope leaves out a piece, like a fascia board behind a gutter or insulation above a wet ceiling, we explain it and send a supplement.

Each side of the house is photographed, with close-ups of every dent, crack and loose piece.
Every repair gets its own line and quantity, written in the format carriers use.
Missed items, like fascia behind a gutter, are explained and sent to the carrier with photos.
Damaged siding and trim are replaced and matched to the house.
Loose or dented gutters, soffit and fascia are repaired or replaced.
Wet ceilings and walls are dried, then rebuilt with new drywall, insulation and paint.
It begins with a free on-site estimate, in writing. You get copies of the estimate, the photos and any moisture readings, the full set the carrier sees. If you approve the work and we uncover more, it is priced in writing before we do it. We schedule the repair on dates we agree on and walk it with you when we finish.
