Come out of a Frankfort winter with a garage floor you can mop clean, instead of concrete stained white with salt.
Bare concrete holds onto everything that lands on it, from salt residue to oil drips. Our MK Concrete Coatings crew seals that surface with a polyaspartic flake system: a diamond grind, crack and pit repair, and an epoxy base that works as a moisture vapor barrier. We broadcast flake into the wet base to full refusal and scrape it after it cures. A polyaspartic top coat goes on last to resist hot tires, road salt and UV.
We cover Frankfort along Route 30, Route 45 and LaGrange Road, with I-80 to the north and the Old Plank Road Trail running through. Garages here take road salt and brine all winter, and on bare concrete it dries into a white film that tracks into the house. On a coated floor that residue sits on top, so a mop and a bucket in spring takes care of it. The flake pattern also hides everyday dust and tire marks between cleanings.

Diamond grinding removes the stained, worn top of the slab. We never acid etch.
Repairs keep dirt and salt water from collecting in the low spots.
The epoxy layer that keeps moisture from below from loosening the floor.
Full coverage that hides dust and tire marks between cleanings.
The cured base is scraped and vacuumed before the top coat.
A sealed surface that resists salt, hot tires and UV and mops clean.
We visit for free, measure the slab and bring cured flake samples so you can choose a blend that suits the space. The estimate is in writing at $8.50 per square foot with a $2,000 minimum. If something under the surface needs extra work, we show you, and you approve the price in writing before we do it. We book around the days we said, walk the finished floor with you and go over how to care for it.
Spring cleanup goes faster on a sealed floor. Call or text (815) 585-1750 and we will measure yours for free.
