Your call or text to (815) 585-1750 is answered 24/7 after a fire in Frankfort. We get the soot, smoke and water out of the house and rebuild what the fire took.
We start by working out where all the damage went, because smoke and water rarely stop where the flames did. Fire-damaged materials are removed, soot is cleaned off the surfaces that can be saved, and HEPA air scrubbers run until the cleaning is finished. Smoke odor comes out with the materials that absorbed it, and the surfaces that stay are sealed. Water from firefighting is extracted and dried with daily readings, and then the rebuild starts.
Frankfort is on our regular route, off Route 30, Route 45, LaGrange Road and I-80, with the Old Plank Road Trail running through town. If your Frankfort home has a vaulted or two-story great room, smoke collects high along the ceiling and the tops of the walls, where it is hard to see from the floor. We set up to reach the full height, clean or replace the ceiling, and paint the whole wall corner to corner so no line shows. Tall walls need scaffolding, and that setup is listed in the estimate.

We check ceilings, upper walls and rooms beyond the fire to find all the soot.
Burned drywall, insulation, flooring and trim are torn out and taken off site.
Scaffolding lets us clean or replace soot-coated ceilings in tall rooms.
Filtered scrubbers pull fine soot out of the air instead of letting it land on clean surfaces.
Smoke-soaked materials are taken out and the remaining framing is sealed.
Drywall, trim, flooring and paint go back, painted corner to corner so no line shows.
We walk the house with you and photograph every room, high ceilings included. The estimate is itemized in the format insurance carriers use, with daily equipment rates in writing before setup. We meet your adjuster at the house if they want to see it, and you get copies of everything the carrier gets. Any change is priced and approved by you in writing first, and we close the job by walking every room with you.
Call or text (815) 585-1750 any hour. Photos of the damage, once the house is clear, help us plan the first visit.
