Call or text (815) 585-1750 around the clock when a pipe lets go in your Joliet house. We get the water out, dry the walls and floors, and rebuild the damage.
When a pipe freezes and splits, the water often runs inside the wall for a while before it shows. Our first job is extraction and getting the wet materials open so they can dry. We set dehumidifiers and air movers, add drying heaters when the space needs warmth to dry, and take readings every day. Once everything reads dry, we rebuild the walls, floors and trim we had to remove.
Joliet is on our regular route by I-80, I-55, Route 30 and Route 53, and we work the whole city in Will County, from Jefferson Street to Larkin Avenue. Where an older Joliet house still has plaster walls, drying works differently than with drywall. Plaster holds water longer and does not wick the same way, so we take readings across the wall and dry the cavity behind it, cutting only what has to come out. When plaster does need to be removed, the rebuild is planned so the new section ties into the old wall and the trim goes back where it was.

We answer around the clock, and the truck is loaded with extraction and drying equipment before it leaves.
Standing water on floors and in carpet is pulled up before the drying starts.
Dry air is forced into the space behind plaster or drywall so the studs dry without tearing out more wall than needed.
In a cold house after a freeze, heaters help the dehumidifiers pull moisture out of the structure.
Furniture and belongings in the wet rooms are moved out of the way and kept off the floor while we work.
Removed sections are rebuilt and finished to blend into the wall that stayed, then trim and paint go back.
A person answers the call or text, any time, and we work out with you what to shut off while we get moving. On site, we show you the daily rate for each machine in writing before it runs. You get the photos, the readings and the estimate yourself, not only your insurance company. The rebuild is scoped in writing, any hidden damage is priced and approved before we fix it, and we close out with a walkthrough.
Call (815) 585-1750 or text it at any time, and we will walk you through the shutoff while help is on the way.
