Get a kitchen that fits how your family cooks, with an island that has real power and plumbing behind it. Homer Glen is on our regular route.
A kitchen job in our hands falls into one of three scopes: a refresh that keeps the cabinets, a cabinet replacement in the same layout, or a full layout change. At the first visit we tell you which one your goals point to and what each would involve. The estimate is one document that covers demo and disposal, framing, rough-in, drywall, cabinets, tile, flooring, trim and paint. One crew carries it from the first wall opened to the last coat of paint, so you have one person to call.
We reach Homer Glen up I-355 and work along 143rd Street, 159th Street, Bell Road and Route 7 in Will County. If your kitchen has the floor space for an island, a layout change is often worth pricing. An island with a sink or outlets needs power and a drain brought up through the floor, and whatever sits below the kitchen decides how that goes. We look at the basement or crawlspace under the room at the estimate, so the island price is real before you commit.

We size the island to leave walking room on every side and run its power, drain and vent before the new floor goes down.
Before a wall comes out, we confirm whether it carries load and what wiring, ductwork or pipe runs through it.
Cabinets go in level and fastened to the framing, with fillers and scribes so each run meets the walls tight.
We set the cabinets first, then schedule the fabricator to template, so the counters are cut to what is actually installed.
Backsplash tile goes on a flat, primed wall, and outlet boxes get extended to sit flush with the finished tile.
When the layout changes, the floor changes with it, and we finish with base, shoe and paint.
It starts with a free visit to the kitchen and a written estimate that spells out the scope line by line. If we open a wall and find something nobody could see, like a rotted subfloor or a bad wire splice, we price it in writing and wait for your approval. You get a schedule that marks the days without a sink or stove and the days that will be loud. At the end we walk the kitchen with you, open every door and drawer, and fix anything that is not right.
