We repaint New Lenox exteriors from the siding and soffit down to the front door, and every caulk joint and soft board gets handled before the finish goes on.
We paint exteriors, meaning siding, trim, doors, porches and railings, and interiors, meaning walls, ceilings, trim, doors and cabinets. The crew starts with prep on every job: washing, scraping, patching, sanding, caulking, priming and masking. When we find rotted trim, we replace it with new material rather than hiding it under paint. Inside, furniture is moved and covered and the floors are protected start to finish.
New Lenox is on our regular route, off I-80 and Route 30, with Cedar Road and Laraway Road taking us across town and out by the Old Plank Road Trail. On a whole-house exterior, the job is mostly joints and edges: where siding meets trim, where trim meets windows and where the soffit meets the fascia, the caulk dries out, splits and lets water in. We cut out the failed caulk, recaulk with a paintable exterior sealant and prime any wood that has gone gray before the finish coats go on. Picking a color on a big wall is harder than on a chip, so we brush out samples on the house and let you look at them in daylight.

Washed, loose paint scraped, bare spots primed and finished in the coats the estimate lists.
Pressed and probed for rot, soft boards cut out and replaced, then primed and painted.
Failed caulk cut out at windows, doors, corners and trim and replaced with a paintable exterior sealant.
Cleaned, sanded and primed for the material, then finished in an exterior enamel.
Sample patches brushed out on the house so you can pick the color in real daylight.
Walls, ceilings, trim and doors patched, primed and painted, with furniture and floors covered.
Our free on-site estimate turns into a written scope that lists every side of the house or every room, the prep, the products and the coats. If a fascia board turns to mush when we press on it, we price the replacement in writing and you approve it before we cut. We book around the days we said and paint outside only on dry days above 50 degrees, spring through fall. The last step is a walkthrough around the house with you and touch-ups on anything you flag.
