Walls, trim and siding painted on a clean, repaired surface, so the finish holds up through Homer Glen winters. We handle one room or the whole house, inside and out.
Homer Glen is on our regular route for interior and exterior painting. Inside, that means walls, ceilings, trim, doors and cabinets, and outside it means siding, trim, doors, porches and railings. Most of the hours go into prep: patching, sanding, caulking, priming and masking before any finish coat goes on. Rotted trim gets cut out and replaced instead of painted over, because paint on soft wood will not last.
We reach Homer Glen up I-355 and across 143rd and 159th Street, and the town sits in Will County between Lockport, Lemont and Orland Park. Large lots and wooded lots are common here, and that shapes an exterior job. Siding in deep shade under mature trees tends to grow mildew, so it gets washed and dried before we prime, while the south and west faces take the most sun and usually show chalking and peeling first. We plan the exterior wall by wall so each side gets the prep its exposure calls for.

Siding under trees is washed and left to dry fully before primer, so the new coat bonds to a clean surface instead of growth.
Loose and peeling paint is scraped back to a sound edge, sanded smooth, and every bare spot is primed before the finish coats.
Soft fascia, window trim and door casing get cut out and replaced with new stock, primed on all sides before it goes up.
Nail pops, cracks and dents are patched and sanded, ceilings are cut in clean, and walls get the number of coats written in the estimate.
Front doors, porch railings and steps are sanded and coated in a product made for the wear they take.
We move and cover furniture, lay protection over floors and decks, and mask fixtures and hardware before the first brush stroke.
It starts with a free walk-through at your house, where we look at every room or wall you want painted. The written estimate lists each surface, the prep it needs, the products we plan to use and the number of coats. If we find rot or damage once work starts, we price the fix in writing and wait for your approval before we touch it. We book around the days we said, and when the last coat is dry we walk the job with you and touch up anything you point out.
