A sprayed fence or exterior gets an even coat into every board gap and corner, with your cars, plants and the neighbor's yard kept clear of overspray. We cover Homer Glen and spray on the days the wind allows.
Homer Glen is on our regular route, and we bring an airless sprayer to the jobs where it gives a better coat than a roller: long fences, exterior siding, empty rooms and new drywall. Spraying lays the paint on evenly and gets into the grooves, gaps and edges a brush skips. Most of the work happens before the sprayer starts, because everything that is not getting paint gets covered. If your job would come out better with a brush and roller, we tell you that at the estimate.
We reach Homer Glen up I-355 and along 143rd and 159th Street, in Will County between Lockport, Lemont and New Lenox. If your property runs back on a big lot with a long fence line, spraying is often the only sensible way to coat both sides of every picket. Open ground also means wind, and wind carries paint mist farther than most people expect. We check the wind before we start, set up a shield on the downwind side, and stop when it picks up rather than finishing in a gust.

Each picket and rail gets coated front, back and on the edges, where a roller leaves bare wood.
Lap siding gets paint under each course and into the joints, then trim is cut in by hand where it needs a sharp line.
Windows, doors, light fixtures, hose bibs and anything else keeping its own color get papered and taped.
Drop cloths go over beds, patios and the driveway, and plants near the wall get wrapped.
We spray when the air is calm enough to keep mist on the surface and pause when it is not.
On rough wood, a roller follows the sprayer to push paint into the grain.
We look at the fence or the house with you and leave a free written estimate that lists the surfaces, the masking, the product and the coats. If we find loose boards or rot once we start, the fix is priced in writing and nothing happens until you approve it. Spray days are set by the forecast, and we book around the days we said. At the end we pull the masking, check every edge with you, and leave the yard the way we found it.
