Drywall is judged by the finish you see after paint, and getting there takes good framing behind it. We build partitions and closets, close up or cut openings, and repair studs and board after water or impact damage. Board gets hung, taped and finished, with moisture-resistant panels in baths and fire-rated panels where code requires them. Plastic goes up, floors get covered, and the clean-up happens before we hand the room back.
Rosemont is on our regular route, off I-90 and I-294, with River Road and Balmoral Avenue taking us to the residential streets beside the hotel and convention district. In a condo or attached home, the walls between units are usually fire-rated assemblies, and a repair there has to put the same rating back. Buildings with management often want notice, a certificate of insurance and set work hours before a contractor starts. We send the certificate ahead and plan the noisy work for the hours the building allows.

We come see the damage or the space, then put the scope, the board, the finish and the protection plan in writing. If your building needs a certificate of insurance or a work schedule, we take care of that before the start date. Anything new we find once the wall is open is priced and approved by you before it gets done. We wrap up with a walkthrough and fix any spot you point to.
