You get the method that gives the better finish for each room, whether that is a sprayer or a roller, and we explain why at the estimate. We work in Willowbrook every week.
Not every paint job should be sprayed, and part of our estimate is telling you which parts of yours should. Spraying wins on empty rooms, ceilings, new drywall, doors, trim and large exterior walls, where an even coat matters and the masking is worth the time. It loses on a single accent wall, a furnished bedroom, or a touch-up, where the covering takes longer than the painting. On a mixed job we often spray the ceilings and trim and roll the walls.
We reach Willowbrook off I-55 and Route 83, with 63rd Street taking us into town, in DuPage County next to Darien, Burr Ridge and Westmont. If your house is a mix of lived-in rooms and spaces you can empty, the estimate will usually split the methods room by room. On textured walls or ceilings, a sprayer gets paint into every low spot that a roller rides over, which is one more reason to use it where the room allows. Where it does not, we roll and tell you why.

The estimate says which rooms get sprayed and which get rolled, with the reason for each.
Ceilings take a sprayed coat even in rooms where the walls are rolled.
Doors and trim get a sprayed enamel finish with no brush marks.
Paint gets into every low spot of a textured wall or ceiling instead of riding over it.
Rooms you are living in are brushed and rolled, with furniture moved and covered.
Spray rooms get full masking of floors, windows and fixtures, and rolled rooms get drop cloths and taped edges.
We walk each room with you and leave a free written estimate that lists the surfaces, the method for each, the product and the coats. If you want to switch a room from rolled to sprayed, or add one, we write up the change and wait for your approval. We book around the days we said and keep the rooms you need open as long as we can. When the work is done, we walk every room with you before we pack up.
