Willowbrook is on our regular route for interior painting of walls, ceilings, trim and doors. You can have one room painted or every room, and we work room by room so you still have a place to cook, sleep and sit. Each room starts with prep: holes and nail pops filled, patches sanded, trim gaps caulked, repairs spot primed, edges masked and floors covered. Then the finish goes on in the sheen and number of coats you approved.
Willowbrook sits in DuPage County along I-55 and Route 83, and 63rd Street takes us the rest of the way. If you live in a condo or townhome, your building may set work hours, parking spots and the route we use to carry materials in. We ask you for those rules at the estimate and plan around them, and we keep shared hallways and stairs clean as we come and go. If your association wants notice before work inside a unit, we give you the dates and our insurance certificate to send them.

We move furniture to the center, cover it and set it back. Artwork and breakables are best handled by you.
We visit at no charge, walk each room with you and ask about any building rules. Then you get a written estimate naming every room, the prep, the products, the sheen and the coats. Repairs we did not see at the visit get priced in writing and wait for your sign-off. We book around the days we said, and the job closes with a walkthrough where we touch up anything you point to.
