Under big trees, a sprayed exterior gets a full coat on siding and soffits while branches, shrubs and the lawn below stay clean. We cover Lisle and spray on calm, dry days.
We spray exteriors when the house has enough siding, soffit and trim to make the masking worth it, and when spraying gives a better coat than a roller. Before the sprayer runs, the walls are washed, loose paint is scraped, bare wood is primed and caulk is renewed at open joints. Then we cover windows, doors, lights, the roof edge and the plantings along the foundation. If only a few walls need paint, a brush and roller is often the smarter choice, and we will say so.
Lisle is on our regular route off I-88 and Route 53, along Ogden and Maple Avenue, with the Morton Arboretum along I-88. If your lot has mature trees, they change how an exterior gets sprayed. Branches over the roof need covering or tying back, and shaded walls dry slower, so we space coats around that. We also watch for seed and leaf drop on breezy days, because anything that lands on wet paint stays in it.

Dirt, mildew and loose paint come off before any masking, so the new coat bonds to a sound surface.
The sprayer reaches up into soffits and under eaves where a roller struggles to lay an even coat.
Foundation plantings get wrapped and low branches over the work are tied back or covered.
Shaded walls take longer to dry, so we space coats on those sides and do not rush them.
We pick days without heavy leaf or seed drop and check fresh coats before they set.
Shingle edges, windows and light fixtures are covered tight before the first pass.
We walk the house with you and leave a free written estimate covering each surface, the prep, the masking, the product and the coats. If scraping turns up rotted trim or siding, that repair is priced in writing and waits for your approval. We book around the days we said and move spray days only for wind or rain. At the end we take down the masking, look over every side with you, and clean up the beds and walks.
