If you already live there, we go room by room instead and move your furniture to the center under cover.

The written estimate lists each room, the prep it needs, the products, the sheen and the coats, along with the working days. If something turns up once the house is empty, like damage hidden behind a bookcase, we price it in writing and wait for your approval before we fix it. Before you move in, we walk every room with you and touch up what you mark.
