Rosemont condos and homes painted with the floors covered and the furniture protected, and with the building's paperwork handled before our crew shows up.
Every paint job we do follows the same order: protect, prep, prime, then paint. That means furniture moved and covered, floors protected, holes patched, edges sanded, joints caulked and bare spots primed before the first finish coat. Inside, that covers ceilings, walls, trim, doors and cabinets. Outside, it covers siding, trim, doors, porches and railings, and rotted trim gets replaced instead of painted over.
Rosemont is on our regular route, right off I-90 and I-294, with River Road and Balmoral Avenue getting us to the residential streets in this corner of Cook County. If you live in a condo or a managed building, management usually wants a certificate of insurance and set work hours before a crew comes in. We send our certificate ahead, follow the building's rules on elevators and hours, and keep the hallway clean. In a single-family home, we skip that step and go straight to scheduling.

Walls, ceilings and trim in a unit get patched, primed and painted while we keep the hallway and elevator clean.
We carry liability insurance and send the certificate to your manager before the first work day.
Nail holes, cracks and stains get repaired and sealed so the finish looks even in every light.
Baseboard, casing and doors get filled, sanded and caulked, then finished in a paint made for scuffs.
Cabinet doors and built-in shelves get degreased, sanded, primed and coated in a hard enamel.
For single-family homes, siding, trim, doors and railings get scraped, primed and painted on dry days above 50 degrees.
The estimate comes after a free visit and lists each room or surface, the prep, the products and the coats. For a building, we also note the work hours and elevator times management gives us. Any change to the scope gets priced in writing and approved by you before we do it. When we finish, we walk the unit or house with you and fix anything you flag.
Call or text (815) 585-1750 and tell us whether it is a condo or a house. We will handle the building's requirements and give you the full scope in writing.
