We start with a free walkthrough and a written estimate that lists every room and exterior surface, the prep for each, the products and the number of coats. Big houses get split into phases so you know which rooms are out of use and for how long. If we find something behind the old paint that needs more work, you get a written price and decide before we go further. Exterior phases are booked for dry days above 50 degrees between spring and fall, and the job ends with a walkthrough where we fix anything you flag.
