Carol Stream walls, trim and siding painted with sharp lines and floors left spotless. You see every room, every coat and every product on paper before we start.
Our crew paints walls, ceilings, trim, doors and cabinets indoors, and siding, trim, doors, porches and railings outside. Most of the hours on a paint job go into the work nobody notices later: patching holes, sanding, caulking gaps and priming bare spots. Furniture gets moved and covered and the floors get protected before a brush comes out. We use professional paint lines and tell you which product and sheen goes on each surface.
Carol Stream is on our regular route, reached by North Avenue, Gary Avenue and Army Trail Road, with the Great Western Trail running across town. In this part of DuPage County, townhomes and single-family houses sit side by side, and that changes how an exterior job starts. A townhome exterior usually needs the association's color approval in hand before we paint, so we put that step on the schedule. A single-family house on the next street can start as soon as the weather gives us dry days.

Nail pops, dents and old anchor holes get patched and sanded flush, then walls and ceilings get the coats listed on your estimate.
Baseboard, casing and doors get filled, sanded and caulked at the joints so the new paint lies flat and the gaps stay closed.
Doors and drawer fronts come off and get labeled, then every surface is cleaned, sanded and primed before the finish coats go on.
Loose paint gets scraped, bare wood gets primed and open seams get caulked before the siding and trim are painted.
Soft wood at sills, corners and door frames gets cut out and replaced, because paint over rot lets go and the rot keeps spreading.
Railings, spindles, posts and porch ceilings get scraped, primed where bare and coated for the weather they face.
We walk the house with you and leave a written estimate that lists each room or surface, the prep it needs, the products and the number of coats. If we pull a piece of trim and find rot behind it, we show you, price the repair in writing and wait for your approval. Interior work gets booked on dates you pick, and exterior work runs spring to fall on dry days above 50 degrees. At the end we walk every room with you and fix anything you point out before we call it finished.
