Tall foyer walls and stairwells in Bloomingdale painted with clean, straight lines at the top, while the stairs and floors below stay covered.
Our crew handles interior walls, ceilings, trim, doors and cabinets, plus exterior siding, trim, doors, porches and railings. The job starts with prep: filling and sanding holes, caulking trim joints, priming patches and taping off edges. Furniture gets pulled to the center of the room and covered, and the floors get drop cloths or paper before the first can is opened. We use professional paint lines and write the exact product and coats for each surface on your estimate.
Bloomingdale is on our regular route by Lake Street, Army Trail Road, Gary Avenue and Bloomingdale Road in DuPage County. If your home has a two-story entry, a vaulted ceiling or an open stairwell, that wall takes more setup than a standard bedroom. We set up so the top of the wall gets the same clean cut line as the bottom, and we keep the railing and treads covered while we work over them. That wall is listed on its own line of the estimate so you can see what it involves.

We set up to reach the full height safely and keep the stairs, railing and floor below protected the whole time.
Ceilings get patched, primed where stained and rolled evenly so window light does not show lap marks.
Edges where a wall meets the ceiling or trim get cut in by hand for a straight line you will not notice later.
Woodwork gets filled, sanded and caulked, and railings and spindles get a finish that holds up to hands every day.
Kitchen and bath cabinets get cleaned, sanded, primed and finished, with doors labeled so each one goes back where it came from.
Peeling paint gets scraped, bare wood gets primed and rotted trim gets replaced before the finish coats go on.
We measure the rooms, look at the walls under good light and write an estimate that names each room or surface, its prep, the product and the number of coats. Tall walls and stairwells are called out separately so nothing about them is a guess. Any extra work, like a damaged drywall patch behind a mirror, gets priced in writing and waits for your approval. On the last day we walk each room with you and touch up anything you notice.
