A storm repair job covers the outside skin of the house and anything wet behind it. On the exterior we replace damaged siding, trim, soffit, fascia and gutters. On the interior we extract water, dry the walls and ceilings, and log moisture readings each day until the readings say dry. Then the drywall, insulation and paint go back, and for any roof damage, a roofing contractor does the roof.

Bent or torn aluminum fascia wrap is replaced, and the wood behind it is checked for water.
Insulation that got wet through a soffit gap comes out, and new insulation goes back.
Hail-cracked or wind-torn siding and trim are replaced and matched to the house.
Gutters bent or pulled loose by the wind are rehung or replaced.
Wet ceilings are dried with equipment sized to the room, then new drywall, texture and paint go up.
