Stain in a color your association already approved, on wood that was cleaned and repaired first. Our crew stains decks, fences and trim in Oakbrook Terrace.
Good stain work begins with clean wood, so we wash and brighten every surface before color goes on. If an older coating is peeling, we strip it or sand it back instead of covering it. Boards that are loose, split or soft get replaced, then the stain is brushed on, or sprayed and back-brushed into the grain. We cover siding, patios and landscaping so the color stays where it belongs.
Oakbrook Terrace is on our regular route, reached up Route 83 or across Roosevelt Road and 22nd Street from I-88. If your home is a townhome or sits inside an association, the stain color on a deck, fence or trim may need approval before work starts. We can work from the approved color list and give you a written scope to send in with the request. On attached homes, we also plan around the shared wall and the neighbor's patio so their side stays clean.

We match the stain to your association's approved color, or help you pick one to submit.
Dirt, mildew and gray fibers washed off so the stain bonds to fresh wood.
Failed stain stripped or sanded until the wood underneath is ready for a new coat.
Split boards, loose pickets and soft trim replaced before staining starts.
Where we spray, we brush the stain in right behind it so it soaks into the wood.
On attached homes, shared patios and walls covered so no stain lands next door.
We see the wood in person, then send a written estimate listing each surface, the repairs, the prep and the stain. That paperwork is ready to hand to your association if they want it before approving. Should we find more rot once cleaning starts, you see it and approve the price in writing before we replace it. We book stain days around dry weather and finish with a walkthrough of the work.
