Most people we paint for are still living in the house, so we set the job up around that. We finish one room, put it back together and move to the next, instead of stripping a whole floor at once. Each room still gets the full prep: holes and nail pops filled, patches sanded, trim gaps caulked, repairs and stains spot primed, edges masked and floors covered. Furniture goes to the middle under covers, and you take down the pictures and anything fragile beforehand.

Light changes a color more than most people expect, and a gray that looks right on a chip can turn blue in a north-facing room. That is why we roll real samples on your walls and ask you to look at them in the morning and again at night. A west-facing room and a room that looks out on trees can make the same paint read like two different colors.

The free estimate is written room by room and lists the prep, the products, the sheen and how many coats each room gets. We agree on the order of rooms with you, so the space you need most is never out of service for long. Anything extra we find, like a cracked corner bead behind a bookcase, gets priced in writing and waits for your OK. We keep to the dates we gave you and finish with a walkthrough of every room.
